Situated in secluded grounds just eight miles south of the historic City of Oxford, Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons resides in the charming village of Great Milton.  The beautiful 15th Century, golden stone gabled manor house is home to Raymond Blanc’s contemporary classic hotel, set within 27 acres with its own organic vegetable garden.  The atmosphere throughout is one of understated elegance while all 32 bedrooms and suites offer guests the highest standards of comfort and luxury.   It remains the only country house hotel in England to have retained two Michelin stars for 22 years.  Le Manoir remains a mecca for gourmets the world over. 

The menus at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons have been described as ‘a twist of imaginative genius’ and constantly evolves through reflection, desire and curiosity as Raymond and the team search for the finest ingredients.   In the words of Raymond Blanc, the garden is ‘an integral part of Le Manoir’s culinary and aesthetic experience, supplying the restaurant with its daily needs for eight months of the year, as well as providing a sensual pleasure for our guests.’  

The Raymond Blanc Cookery School is the only ‘school’ in the world to offer visitors the chance to watch, learn and practice in the kitchens of a two Michelin Star restaurant. Budding chefs can learn the tricks of the trade from some of the world’s culinary experts in the luxurious yet highly functional new Cookery School. Courses are both residential and non-residential.
